Membership of the Ashby Guild of Artists is open to artists living in the vicinity of Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, UK.
To apply for membership you will need to submit three framed, original and unaided works, as well as a short profile about yourself and a statement of what you feel you can offer the group.
As we are only a small group of artists we have to organise and run our own events and exhibitions. This takes the time and commitment of all the Guild's members. Our constitution states that members are expected to, "participate in the activities and meetings of the Guild. In particular, members are expected to make a positive contribution in the organising and running of Guild Exhibitions."
If you are accepted as a member there is a joining fee of £10, and an annual subscription of £20.
